By accessing or using OpenHaus ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

OpenHaus provides a real estate showcase platform that enables property tours, AI-staged images, replay pages, and lead capture tools for real estate professionals.

You must register for an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using the Service, you grant OpenHaus a limited license to process, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-staged images are generated using third-party models. All AI-generated content is labeled as such. You are responsible for ensuring AI-generated content complies with applicable real estate disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. The free trial does not require a credit card.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Limitation of Liability

OpenHaus is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
